Yes! Custom orders are only being accepted for any variation of the products offered at this time. You can place a custom order request on the contact page.

The Ruffle Hats, Long Cardigans, and Chunky Knit Sweaters are made from polyester.
Wool and cotton are options that will be listed soon but can be made on request. Please use the contact page to place a request for the item, yarn material, and color.

**Please note that the price will be more than the listed price as wool and cotton are materials that cost more than polyester.**

Items at this time are made-to-order unless otherwise noted.
All hats will take no more than 2 weeks to complete and receive.
Cardigans and sweaters will take approximately 2-6 weeks.

Notifications will be sent via email if you subscribe as well as on Instagram.

Please note, nearly every item is made to order. To ensure orders are received in a timely manner a limit may be placed on a number of orders accepted.

You will have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. Contact us at crochetmone.chet@gmail.com to inform us of the return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping:
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
  
  
• Refund Process:
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Polyester Crocheted Clothing:

Cleaning:

• Machine wash in cold or warm water with a mild detergent.
• Use a gentle cycle to prevent wear.

Drying:

• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry (Polyester dries relatively quickly).

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Folding/hanging is still recommended to maintain shape.

Cotton Crocheted Clothing:

Cleaning:

• Machine wash in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
• Wash dark colors separately to prevent bleeding.
• Use a gentle cycle to minimize friction.

Drying:

• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to prevent shrinkage.
• Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Use padded hangers for heavier cotton items.
• Fold lighter items to prevent stretching.

Wool Crocheted Clothing:

Cleaning:

• Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent specifically designed for wool.
• Gently agitate the water and avoid excessive wringing or rubbing.
• Rinse thoroughly in cold water.

Drying:

• Gently press out excess water without wringing.
• Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel.
• Reshape the garment to its original dimensions.
• Allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat

Yes! However, we recommend hand-washing any wool items. Please refer to "How do I care for my crocheted items".

Yes, however, you will need to submit your request within 48 hours from the time your order is placed.
